temporary roof tarping and debris removal
After any debris is removed from your roof, timbers are secured and your property is safe, we will temporarily tarp your roof, and windows if necessary, to prevent further damage to your property.
If you choose to use our services for your property restoration, this service would be at no out of pocket expense to you. Your insurance company should cover the costs.
Roof Repair and Replacement
360 Builders Inc offers commercial and residential shingle, metal and membrane roof repair and replacement on both low slope (flat) and high-pitched roofs. For shingle roofs, we are a certified installer for Euroshield Coated Roof Systems, a new indestructible roofing option, and a preferred contractor for Owens Corning and Malarkey shingle roofs.

Hail and wind can severely damage aluminum and vinyl siding. Loose or damaged siding is a pathway for water intrusion into your home. Even Hardie Plank cement siding can chip. That’s why it’s important to have a professional thoroughly inspect your property for damage after a hail or wind event. Should damage be found, repair or replacement of the siding should be included in any insurance claim you file.
